The Awakening Being Method

Reveal the Truth of the Matter through Identity & Pattern Mapping, the practice of awareness and presence, and entering the space of Being, inner guidance, and true self-expression.

Transformation requires organic alignment with emotional truth, which takes time and space. The retreat creates a foundation of self-understanding and the necessary safe space for shadows to surface, be acknowledged, understood, processed and integrated.

Psychic Shadow Work Readings, Processing & Spiritual Guidance throughout the retreat, following the flow of what is alive, what is needed, and what naturally emerges through resonance, integration and the learning process.

• Dedicated alone time for deep self-reflection
• Emotional processing, real-time feedback, and guided integration
• Between-session integration & space holding support
