Step 3 — Private 1:1 Shadow Work Retreat — From Identity to Being
Transformation requires organic alignment with emotional truth, which takes time and space. The retreat creates a foundation of self-understanding and the necessary safe space for shadows to surface, be acknowledged, understood, processed and integrated.
